John is your day-to-day contact at Cranberrys Property Services. Heading up the office alongside David, John is known by the team and clients alike for his resourceful problem solving and quality results. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, from servicing to client side (being a property manager himself), John understands your needs and delivers above and beyond for all clients.

MICHAEL TETLEY

Mike is a Licensed Building Practitioner that carries a dynamic skill set across the building trade through the management of large teams and execution of diverse commercial and residential projects. Recently Michael subcontracted on commercial building work and headed up a team as Building Maintenance Manager.   

PETER MC NAMARA

Peter is a Licensed Building Practitioner and leads Cranberrys' renovation and large maintenance work. Peter has over 40 years industry experience and specialises in commercial property maintenance, where lately he has been assisting with new apartment blocks, housing and high-end alterations.

Peter Graham

Peter a vast skill set across carpentry and building. Peter is a Trade Certified Builder, and a qualified joiner and cabinet maker.

THOMAS DUFTY

Thomas has over 20 years industry experience providing professional workmanship in all facets of the building trade. He is known for his quality building and carpentry work, as well as his big smile.

GARY FAATASE

Gary is our painter, always spotted with a brush in-hand and a completed sleek paint job. Gary spends his time between NZ and Samoa, where he is the chief of his village. Gary's name is Lemafa Sema Faatase - Lemafa is his matai (chief) name.
